The “secret” ceremony, in which four Boston-area gangsters are inducted into the Mafia, takes place in the basement of a d home owned by the sister of one of the four men and is recorded by the FBI. Presiding at the ceremony is Raymond “Junior” Patriarca, 39, the reputed new head of organized crime in New England.
